Dear class,
1. Several of your summaries are too simplified, to the extent that key points are missing.
2. Also, don't forget to add in-text citations. Since two different pages are cited, you should give each paragraph an in-text citation.
3. Remember to explain the main ideas in your own words. A lot of you are commiting "plagiarism."
4. Read the article more carefully. Don't misunderstand the original meanings, especially the following sentences:
1) "... in worse shape, both mentally and physically"
2) "That is hardly a prescription for a healthy society."
3) The last long sentence of the second paragraph.
